Stephen Mallon ‘Next Stop Atlantic’ Series


In 2000, the NYC Transit Authority stripped hundreds of old subway cars and dumped in the Atlantic Ocean as part of an artificial reef building program. The event was captured by Stephen Mallon, who titled the series ‘Next Stop Atlantic.’
