    Boamistura’s Optical Illusion Street Paintings


    Boamistura, a group of Brazilian street artists, worked with children living in Vila Brâsilandia, one of the favelas in São Paulo, to create these fantastic optical illusion paintings. When viewed from certain angles, you can make out different words.


    Orgulho (Pride)

    The intervention focuses on “vecos” and “vielas”: winding streets that are the true articulators of the internal life of the community.


    Firmeza(Confidence)

    Sharing with the inhabitants the transformation of their environment.


    Doçura (Tenderness)


    Beleza (Beauty)
