Adobe Illustrator for Urban Planning
Great resource for graphic designers working in the field of urban planning. On any mapping projects I work on, I generally use ESRI software (ArcMap mostly, sometimes ArcView) on the data and layout side, and export to Illustrator for the design-side. Originally prepared as a lecture for the College of Urban Planning at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
